Westside Greenspace

Ms Genia, alongside Canopy Atlanta, will create a multimedia project documentary detailing how so-called "underserved" communities interact with Greenspace on the Westside. Part of this project focuses on CSAW strengths to trace environmental concerns within each space, testing soil, air and water quality and communication these findings with park users. A second goal of this project is to engage in community storytelling to show what each greenspace looks like as well as produce a collective vision of what these public spaces could be to better serve the communities. The greenspace are as follow: Chattahoochee Brick, Maddox Park, Gun Club Park, Rodney Cook, Peyton Park, Grove Park, and Catherine Jones Park
